ASPPB Association Management Software Data

ASPPB uses YourMembership to power the www.asppb.net website and ASPPB’s association management software.Psychology licensing board members, staff, individual members and members and staff of liaison organizations are registered with ASPPB’s association management software. As part of the registered process, name, email address and relationship with ASPPB are collected and required to complete registration. After registration, these users are assigned a username and password that allows them to register for membership meetings and/or to view the Regulatory Board Access section of www.asppb.net. Included within this section of the site is information about ASPPB, resources for Boards, information for volunteers, guidelines and publications, information about the EPPP and access to ASPPB’s Disciplinary Data System and PSY|Book. Members have a profile and can update and add as much as or little information about themselves to their profile. This information is stored within YourMembership. ASPPB may use this information about our members for the following purposes:

·        Register for upcoming meetings and events
·        Process membership dues and renewals
·        Add you to groups for committees and task forces
·        Send information you request
·        Send and process surveys
·        Email information about newsletters, meetings, publications, etc.
·        Ensure the ASPPB information is relevant to your needs

ASPPB does not share this information with any third-party vendors. Members can manage what information is visible and included within individual profiles as well as set communication preferences. Please contact us at asppb@asppb.org with any issues, concerns or questions you have at any time.

Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the website is accessed and used.
