PSYPACT becomes Operational

The Board of Directors of the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) is proud to announce that the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is now operational. GA HB 26 was signed into law by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp on April 23, 2019 making Georgia the next state required to make PSYPACT operational. Georgia joins Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, and Illinois (effective January 1, 2020) as PSYPACT participating states.
