*IMPORTANT NOTE: PSYPACT has become operational as seven states have officially enacted PSYPACT legislation. Though Illinois has enacted PSYPACT legislation, it does not become effective until January 1st, 2020. Next, the PSYPACT Commission will be established and they will be responsible for the creation of Bylaws and Rules. Once those are finalized, the application process will open for the E.Passport and Interjurisdictional Practice Certificate (IPC).
