IPC for PSYPACT
The IPC is also an important component of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). In order to provide temporary in-person, face-to-face psychological services within participating compact states, a psychologist must hold an Interjurisdictional Practice Certificate (IPC). PSYPACT will become operational when seven states enact PSYPACT, and licensed psychologists will then be able to use their IPC within PSYPACT states.
