NOTE: Our PLUS Portal is a new electronic resource.  Any CPQ application completed prior to September 2013 would have been completed via paper forms.  Therefore, if you completed your application before the above date, your original completed application material information will be found under the "Attachments" section.  Unfortunately, the paper application information was unable to be incorporated into the electronic system.  Consequently, the only way for your information to appear in the electronic system would be for you to complete the various tabs in the online application.  Please note your paper application remains attached to your file and has become a permanent part of your new electronic record.
